More and more folks are starting to gather outside of the office to get work done.
Sometimes, getting out of the regular four-wall office, or cubicle in some cases, can be relaxing, productive, and spark some creative solution thinking.
Whether you work for a company or you are an enthusiastic resourceful entrepreneur, here are a few spaces around town you can get some work done outside of the office or home.
#1 Angel’s Island Coffee
Location: 7538 Memorial Parkway Southwest, Huntsville
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 10 pm, Saturday, 8 am – 10 pm, closed on Sunday
Free WiFi, great coffee, and a lot of natural light. Make sure to grab the corner booth.
#2 Olde Towne Coffee
Location: In the Five Points area, on Pratt Avenue
Hours: Open Monday through Sunday, 7 am- 7 pm
Indoor seating is limited so get there early. However, they do have an outdoor area that would be nice in warmer weather. Free WiFi.

#3 The Huntsville Hub
Location: 600 Boulevard South SW, Suite 104, Huntsville
Mellowed professionalism is a good descriptive. And you never know who you may see there.
It has become the spot for tech-savvy entrepreneurs to congregate and get stuff done. An online calendar will tell you what space is available. This is a membership space or rent by the hour.
#4 The Library
Location: 915 Monroe Street Southwest, Huntsville
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 9 pm, Friday – Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, Sunday 1 – 5 pm
It’s quiet, so make sure you don’t have to make conference calls.
#5 Cafe 153 at Bridge Street
Location: 355 The Bridge Street, Suite 121
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7 am – 9 pm, Friday, 7 am – 10 pm, Saturday, 8:30 am – 10 pm, Sunday, 10 am – 7 pm
Perhaps a more centralized location to Research Park. Grab a table in the upstairs in the loft area. Free Wi-Fi.
