This Wednesday, February 19, 2014, make plans to head to downtown Huntsville for the FREE All American Food Truck and Craft Beer Rally.
From 6-7:30pm, eat dinner at one of Huntsville’s food trucks and grab a beer from any of Huntsville’s local breweries, all outside of the Von Braun Center’s Propst Arena.
Food Speak Peak
I spoke to the food trucks coming to the All American Food Truck and Craft Beer Rally and got a sneak peak at what they’ll be offering on Wednesday! You’ll find crowd favorites and some brand new menu items.
Crave Heat
Crave Heat will be debuting 2 new items:
mole tacos & Juantons: a mexican wonton filled with chicken and cheese
On-On Tacos
Try out On-On Tacos’ crowd favorites like pulled pork tacos, smoked chicken tacos, chili butter shrimp and homemade chorizo tacos
Sugar Belle
Sugar Belle will be bringing Maple Bacon, Sweet Potato Molasses, Strawberry, Chocolate Salted Caramel, Vanilla, Red Velvet cupcakes to the rally.
Food Fighters Bustaurant
Food Fighters Bustaurant will be serving up pastrami chili cheese fries.
Earth and Stone Wood Fired Pizza will not be able to participate as planned due to power constraints.

Let’s not forget about the local brews! The All American Food Truck and Craft Beer Rally is the first time EVER that all local breweries will be served together at Propst Arena, according to Downtown Huntsville Inc CEO Chad Emerson.
