Showcasing the community’s creativity with carved and decorated pumpkins on displayed in the windows of downtown Huntsville businesses. The public can vote on their favorite pumpkin and cash prizes will be awarded to the winners in each category!
Street Food Gathering
@ Downtown Huntsville Square, Friday 10/21, 5 – 9 pm
The final Street Food Gathering “as you know them” will be on the Downtown Huntsville Square. Over 40 food vendors plus a whole lot more!
Pro Bono Brews
@ Huntsville Depot, Friday 10/21, 6 – 10 pm
Event benefiting the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program and Free the Hops, showcasing premier craft beers from over fifteen Alabama breweries, awesome food, live music and a silent auction. Tickets $40 at the door.
Huntsville Ballet Company presents Unplugged
@ VBC Playhouse, Friday 10/21, 7:30 – 9:30 pm
Enjoy a mixed program showcasing original works featuring flamenco and modern ballet. Non-traditional and often surprising, Unplugged allows Huntsville Ballet to stretch its repertoire. Tickets $15 – $25.
Rocket City Nerdcon

A celebration of all things nerdy, for all ages. If your fanaticism for pop culture, comics, movies, tv, books, games, collectibles, crafting, cosplay, LARPing, etc. borders on obsessively nerdy, this is the place for you! Weekend passes $25, day passes $15.
@ Burritt on the Mountain, Saturday 10/22, 10 am – 4 pm
A showcase of craftspeople, artists and presenters who will share their knowledge about the traditions, skills, handicrafts and arts of our region during the 1800s and early 1900s. Come hear traditional music, see Appalachian dance, and watch demonstrators as they show you how our ancestors worked, lived and created art. Included in admission.
