Newton’s first law of motion states, “an object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.”
Meet your unbalanced force…me! I am well aware that countless New Year’s Resolutions have long been thrown out the window and old bad habits reinstated. I also know that monotony at the gym renders no results regardless of the amount of time spent inside. Inner and outer strength are both born with change. The workout program I am putting together for Power Hour at Anytime Fitness in Hampton Cove this March is designed to do just that.
Get ready to lift, jump, plank, throw, snatch, swing, push, pull, squat, and lunge your way to a leaner, stronger you. March 5- March 30th from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday your March challenge is to leave behind the idea that you can’t transform yourself and say YES to the possibilities that lie ahead when joining a group fitness class supervised by a certified personal trainer. Weather you are an exercise rookie looking for some inspiration or a fitness enthusiast trying to break through a plateau, modifications to each exercise will be provided to ensure safety and intensity are present at all times.
Anytime Fitness members pay $100 and can attend as many of the March sessions as they would like or they can pay $10/class. Non-members will be allowed to come in for a 7-day free Anytime Fitness pass and can also try the class for a $10 fee. Hopefully you will enjoy it so much you will join us permanently here at Anytime Fitness and get the full benefits of Power Hour. Call Anytime Fitness at 256-812-2081 to join and/or find them on Facebook at Facebook.
