Updating Your Look on a Budget!

Are you on a budget but still want to look great this Spring? As a stylist, I always see the look of “panic” as I start making checklists for my client’s “seasonal updates”!! I can always spot the “dollar signs” dancing through their heads! For all you girls on a budget, the easiest way to update your look without breaking the bank is to invest in a few new key accessories!!
I always advise clients to scan through their closet and make note of the top four colors are that they seem to own the most of. That way, when you go find accessories, you can pick pieces that will mix and match with most of your closet so that you will get the most “bang for your buck”! Then of course, pick one seasonal “trend” color to add in a little variety to your neutrals!
Great accessories are definitely everywhere around town lately! A few of my personal faves include:
1) The Murfette Scarf from Pink Pelican on Airport Road in “Checking In”! This would be a great piece to add some “Spring” to your look for a luncheon or the upcoming “Spring into Fashion” Event at the Ledges, March 12th benefitting the Blount Hospitality House!
